Q.It Froze Last Night, Are The Okra Seeds Still Viable For Planting In Spring?

Leave are frozen & hanging, temp was below 32 degrees, wind chill 24 degrees.

Yes, the seeds should be fine. Cold weather shouldn't harm them. If they are mature, go ahead and harvest them and let them dry. If not, leave them on the plants till they mature.
