Q.Is there a list for winterizing a variety of garden perennials? I planted many types this year.

I'm afraid there are too many variables for one list about winterizing perennials. Generally, mulching around the base of the plants, protecting from freezing weather with an insulating wrap and/or storing them in a protected environment will apply to most. You also may need to do a light watering at some point during the winter. If your plants are in pots, they're better off in a garage or basement if you have especially cold winters.
