Q.ninebark color
Is Summer Wine ninebark or Burgundy Star ninebark closer to the color of the Cistena plum? Want something the color of the Cistena plum that the deer won’t devour. Looking for 5 – 6 ft tall.

From my research both Summer Wine Ninebark and Burgundy Stat Ninebark are light pink cultivators.
Deer resistant plants; look for fuzzy leaves, thorns, strong fragrance, needled and thick foliage characteristics.
