Q.Is My Geranium Sick?

Zone 48842 | rcknickmeyer added on June 25, 2020 | Answered

I have several varieties of geranium (Armenian cranesbill and Rozanne) that have developed crispy, brown edges and brown spots. Are they sick? Or am I under or over watering the beds? Other plants seem fine, though a Delphinium Exaltum also has brown edges on its leaves.

This is bacterial, usually caused by soils that do not have a chance to dry out thoroughly, to at least 2 inches, between watering. It will need to be treated with a bactericide.
