I soaked with water for 3 days. Am I supposed to use liquid/water to feed the plants? It says good for any plants.

All plants need those nutrients, but that is something for when they start to flower, mainly. You will want something higher in nitrogen at first, but as they get older they will need more Phosphorus and potassium, as well as calcium and magnesium.
