Iron Deficiency Autumn Blaze Maple

Question

I live in Denver Colorado, and my autumn blaze Maple looks pretty sad. The leaves are light green, the tree isn’t growing, the branches are brittle, and the bark is flaking off in large pieces. I’ve been told by some tree people that my trees need iron. What is the best way to get iron into a tree? I’d prefer to do this from home rather than hire a professional service if possible.
