inside Euonymus plant

Question

Can I keep my 14″ tall Euonymus plant in its pot inside (where it’s been since August) by a southwest window, now November? How should I care for it? So far I’ve just watered it weekly and it sheds a lot, but it is green and healthy looking to me.
