I recently move my elephant ear plant outside it was receiving a lot of sun, I notice some of the leaves and the stems were turning white, I move them to another location that received about half as much sunlight, not sure what to do.

They will have trouble adjusting to a new spot, instantly. They will need to be acclimated to the spot slowly.
