Indoor Care Of Teardrop Peperomia

Question

I inherited a teardrop pepper like. It has “spikes” growing from the ends of the growth. Do I remove these for .more bushy growth or let them on. I brought it in…it was outside all summer

Those are likely the flower stalks or the flowers themselves. They are not showy, so many people just pinch them off.
