I Would Like To Start Growing My Tomatoes Now

Hello, I have signed up for a couple of eBooks and I am not finding them in my email. Since we are past the cold nights, is it ok to plant tomato seeds and other seeds directly in my raised bed? This is my first-time gardening since I was young, trying to learn as I go. I live in Buckeye, AZ I look forward to hearing back from you
