I Want To Know What Is Wrong With My Pawpaw Tree As It Has Rust Looking Spots On The Leaves.

Question

It has a bunch of pawpaws growing and the new/young leaves look healthy but older leaves further down the line have rust spots on their leaves? It doesn’t seem to have any black spots underneath the leaf at all but wondering if it is a fungus and will spread as the pawpaw tree next to it has dropped all its leaves and only produces young leaves which shrivel not too long after opening. Any help with either of these would be great!
