Hibiscus Plants

Q.I two Hibiscus plants. Can I repot them in the same pot?

They just went thru a hail storm shredded a lot of adult leaves but new ones were growing and seem to be ok. I would like to repot these by lifting them out and loosening some of the soil off the roots and incorporate a little vermiculite and fresh soil within the existing pot. Then put the hibiscus back in the pot and water and fertilize with Miracle Gro. They are not blooming any flowers or flower buds since I put them outside. We have had some funny weather rain cold down in the 50s and now it is getting hot and humid. I don’t know what else to do except buy new hibiscus plants..

Yes, you can repot them in the same pot. The fertilizer will probably help with blooming. Be sure to keep them well watered, especially since the weather turned hot.
