Q.I Started Tomato Plants From Seed, Some Of Them Look Great And Some Started Curling In The Top And Are Stunted. What Causes This

and can it be corrected? I used rich garden soil and put them under grow lights in the sun room but they were crowded.

It could be due to too much nutrients in the soil, overwatering, overcrowding, or too much/too little lighting. Unfortunately, your photos did not come through, so I am unable to assess the damage, but those are most common issues resulting in curling.
