Q.I Need Help Identifying This Problem

The pic is from an apricot tree…The nectarines look the same…all trees are about a year and a half old. I live in SW Arkansas so LOTS of humidity and disease and pest pressure. I started off this year (early spring) using neem oil when all things looked great. Started seeing a bit of yellow and switched to copper fungicide every 2 weeks which hasn’t helped. HELP ME!!

It looks like shot-hole disease, which is common in apricot and nectarine trees. It is easier to prevent than cure, but here are things you can do:
