Q.i have ZZ gem and it won’t multiply; its 3-4 yrs old

I’ve repotted, changed position and tried it outdoors in shade and filtered light with no results

These plants prefer to be root bound and will grow very slowly after being transplanted.

No direct sunlight for your plant; they prefer shady location.
Give your plant more time and let it stay in its current pot.
