Q.white bugs on my Ash tree
I have tiny oval white bugs on my Ash tree. The new growth leaves curl up into clumps. I don’t know what they are or how to get rid of them. Can you help me? I have attached a couple of pictures.

This could be Mealybugs or Woolly Aphids.
Either insect can be treated with Neem OIl.
