Q.I Have Spiked Speedwell Plant, The Stems Are Turning Brown And The Flowers Are Drying And Turning Brown As Well. What Could Be The

problem? the plant is potted in a container, I water it 3-4 times a week once i see the soil drying up. the leaves on the top are green still but the bottom ones are brown and withering. could it be too much water? I also deadheaded some fo the flowers which had turned brown.

I do see mild signs of infection, but the flower fading may be natural. Trim off the flowering heads and any infected growth. You may want to treat with a fungicide. Division will be necessary each year, or at least every two years.
