of what they are. Can you identify them please? One of the two types of black bugs looks somewhat like an aphid, but I’m just not sure. I’ve searched all over the internet for the other bug and just can’t find what it is. I want an organic solution to get rid of them, and for now I’ve done my research on neem oil and have been using that for the time being. Yet, nothing seems to get rid of these little pests in my garden. It also seems the slugs are chewing my stems and I’ve lost three plants so far! I need to stop them, and I just don’t know how.

In the photos, one looks like a small cricket and the other looks like half a cricket.
