Fresh horse manure isn't all that bad. It would be the only one I would use without composting. You could take it all back off and compost, but it shouldn't be a big deal. Most people are going to recommend that you compost it well to avoid risk of disease or sickness. As long as you apply it a couple of months before harvest, it will have plenty of time to break down on its own.
This is not safe to do with ANY other manure.
The only thing that I would, ABSOLUTELY, remove it from will be the beans. That will overload them with nitrogen.
