Q.I Have Pink Hydrangra , Its Dried And In One Stem They Are Few Leaves , Is It Dead , Does It Have Hopes To Grow Back Completly

i got this from 2019 spring , it had lot of leaves ND BLOOMS , BUT THEN IN WINTER IT got dried and in this spring they are no blooms nor leaves they are few leaves on one stem , how do i get back this plant

It is hard to say what happened from the photo. It could be that your soil nutrients are very low. This would cause these symptoms.
