o to help bring them back ,I bought them to fill the middle of my baskets but they have started to hang over tje edge

Let's assume they are receiving adequate water and fertilizer. Nemesia requires well-draining soil and watering too much will lead to root rot. I suggest you cut them back by 1/4. This should rejuvenate them. If you have the Sunsatia series, they may cease blooming when nighttime temps are over 70. If you are having brutal heat, move them temporarily will they get more shade.
