I have just been transferred to Roma Qld Nd want to plant roses.

Question

What type are the best for full sun and fragrance.
Also what type of ground cover will also tolerate full sun.

Most roses require full sun so that is not a problem. For low growing roses you can try landscape roses. You just need to keep them well watered in their first year so that they can get their root systems established. Our rose expert recommends watering them with a product called Super Thrive and a Root Stimulator product mixed in upon planting and then the next 5 to 6 times they need watering for the best of starts.
