Q.I Have An Established Grapevine And Have Cut Off A Small Twiglike Branch In Error Which Is Now Bleeding. I Have Tried Binding It

but to no avail. Is there any way I can stop it or will it heal itself . I have tried rubbing soil into the wound but that hasn’t helped either. Will it die if it looses too much sap.
