I Have a White Mushroom Looking Fungus Growing on Several Azaleas

What is this and is it bad for my bushes? How do I get rid of it?

Is this on your plant, or is it growing in mulch? If you are sure it is a fungus, consider purchasing an all purpose fungicide and using according to package directions.
