Q.I have a snowball viburnum bush that I planted 4 weeks ago. It’s growing, but the top of the bushes are turning a lighter green.

I do have semi wet soil also. We are usingĀ  these bushes as a fence line.

It's probably due to the wet soil. Is that a permanent situation? It also just could be the color of new growth, which will turn darker green as it matures.
