Q.I Have A Small Blackberry Tree That Had A Stake And Nylon Rope Tied Around The Tree As Support It The Tree Has Grown And The Rope

is embedded in the tree as it has tried to grow the tree is now starting to die is there anything I can do to save it?

Blackberries are known to be in two forms- Upright, and Vining. Both will have canes that only live for a couple of years, at the most, before they die off and need pruning.

What you are seeing will be normal behavior for the plant. They benefit from two pruning per year. These articles will help:
