I have a small 2″ burro’s tail and it is weak and needs to be propped up or it will just tip over.

Question

It’s a 2″ single strand that i have to prop up or it will just tip over. It seems like the root system is barely in the ground. What do I do? Replant? I am sure if I do that, it will be a certain death.
