Q.I Have A Potted Plant I Can’t Identify. It’s Blooms Are Turning Brown. I Had The Same Type Of Plant Last Year In The Same Spot

and it lived they October very healthy. Am I over watering? Too much sun? The soil is moist. I don’t know the name of it to look up care instructions

Unfortunately, only the flower photo came through. I cannot see the rest of the plant.

It could be a rose, camellia, pomegranate, or any other number of flowers that resemble that one.

If I had to guess, I would say that the area is very overwatered, and infected. This will be especially true if the area does not have a chance to dry out down to 2 or 3 inches, very thoroughly, between watering.

I would, also, treat with a fungicide.
