Three are doing well one is getting brown leaves I will send you a picture. They have all been treated the same except for the one that double bloomed is the one I’m having problems with. It could be that the double blooming one has used more nutrients than it has available to it. Feeding with a light nutrient solution can help in this case.
Alternatively, I would check the leaves, carefully, for any signs of insect infestation or fungal infection. Both can cause a freak flowering, and the decline of the tree.
