Q.I Have 30 Plus Rose Plants, Not Much Flowering After The ‘show’ In The Spring.
I know I have a deer problem in 2 beds. Put a fence around the veggie garden and 1 rose bed. Going to do the aluminum pie plate on old hockey sticks in 2 back beds, used the deer spray this year but they still ate the new buds. The roses in front were outstanding, thought they were shy on sunshine but I guess not. Do you have any fertilization recommendations for winter? pic 41-deer diner, pic 40 veggie and rose new mid summer, pic 45-too shady, pic 46-front thought too shady but fine

You don't need to fertilize your outdoor plants in winter as most of them are dormant, as are roses. The article below says to fertilize roses three times in spring/summer.
