I get a lot of blooms on meyer lemon tree but only 1 or 2 lemons and sometimes none. How can Iget more lemons? potted indoors.

The tree blooms in nov/dec. when it is indoors. Right now there are lots of blooms. Starting to fall off daily. Last year had lots of blooms also but only one lemon grew. What would help get more lemons? Thanks Marshall
