I Don’t Know What Is Falling Out Of My Palms

Several years, strange, blue tarp-like things have fallen out of my palms. It looks like there may be seeds in them.

If you have noticed quite a bit of squirrel traffic around, then this might be a product of squirrels or other rodents. It almost looks like nest scraps that were thrown out of it because of feces. You might need to contact your local Agricultural Extension service to come out and take a closer look.
