amaryllis inside

Question

I didn’t have a place or way to have the amaryllis outside. The three amaryllis bloomed well in December and since have had very beautifully green and thick leaves with no browning or yellowing. I have them in their original pots and soil in an east window. I was unable to do the outdoor method of regeneration. How can I get them to begin their transition as a totally indoor plant?
