Brown Grass?

I chose a company to remove and install Bahia grass. I was told that it was installed brown and within a week it would start turning green. Wanted to hear from an expert, as it is a lot of money for brown grass with no warranty.

Bahia grass does turn brown in a drought induced dormancy and it would make sense for a company to place the grass into dormancy before installing it to help keep the grass from dying after installed. What they say makes sense and does not seem to be deceitful.
