dering if I should wait until after the rain to plant or go ahead and plant today? I am a bit late getting my garden in this year, and now we have a major storm coming through and are supposed to be getting about 2 inches of rain and some high winds in the next week. Wondering if I should wait until after the rain to plant or go ahead and plant today?

The soil needs to be reasonably warm, as it is now, but you don't want to drown the small roots of your seedlings. I would get them in as soon as you have a dry day, and hope for the best.
