Q.hydrangea does not bloom

Anonymous added on June 14, 2015 | Answered

I am not a great gardener, but I do have fun outside. I have 3 hydrangeas that were given to me. They have not bloomed for the past two summers. What am I doing wrong? HELP!

You are not doing anything wrong. This is a common complaint. You may be lacking phosphorus. If there is a lack of phosphorus in the soil, plants will have little to no blooms. You can either use a phosphorus rich fertilizer or add some bone meal to the soil.
