I have 2 hydrangea in pots. Won’t be able to plant them in the ground this fall.
Can I overwinter them in the house?

Your hardiness zone, 8a, is warm enough that you should be able to leave them outside in their containers. I would move them to a protected area next to the house and pile some dried leaves up around them. Or just heel them into the ground for extra protection. However, if you have small pots, such as 4 to 6 inches in diameter, you could bring those inside and keep them in a cool, lighted area and water sparingly.
