Can I cut a Hydrangea back to the ground, and will it grow back better? I have one that hasn’t bloomed in a few years, not sure what to do with it. I got it from my daughter, who built a new home and had to move it about 4 years ago. It hasn’t done well for me. It had big beautiful blooms for her. It is a blue one.
