I have 5 pots with 3 plants in them. They have bloomed and now wilted. I cut the flowering stem off. My question is what do I do with them now?

You will need to let them enter dormancy until next spring. This will allow them to regenerate to bloom again. This article will give you more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/grape-hyacinth/muscari-care-after-blooming.htm
