Q.How To Water Orchids When I’m Away On Holiday For 1 Month

I have 2 Orchid plants – 1 Dendrobium which has just started to flower and 1 Phalaenorsis Hoop Orchid which has been in flower since April this year. In 2 weeks time I will be on holiday for 1 month. How do I water these while I’m away? Have not been away for this length of time before.
