It may be overwatered. A quick repot in fresh soil for succulents and a clean container may help.
Jade plants need very little water. Do not water on a schedule. Water only when the soil has completely dried. Then water thoroughly, allowing it to drain out of the bottom. If the leaves begin to wrinkle, it needs water.
The soil should be a succulent mix, with excellent drainage. If you use regular potting soil, amend it with perlite.
