Q.How To Prevent My Cucumber Vines From Being Eaten From The Inside Out?
vines will be growing and producing then suddenly start dying and when I pull them up they are hollow inside

They are hollow inside, already. This is part of the reason that they are so susceptible to disease. Now, if you are noticing HOLES leading to the inside, and find the borers responsible, then that can certainly be a problem.
Unfortunately without photos of how to damage progresses, I could only assume one of many fungal/bacterial infections. Usually, overwatering or soils that don't have a chance to dry out between watering.
I would use a fungicide and treat the area. Let it sit for a season before using it again. Take this time to amend the soil so that it is ready for planting.
