Q.How To Get The Mancozeb To Stick To The Leaves On My Rose Bushes???
I have a drastic problem with black spot on my roses. A small garden with 9 plants. I am using mancozeb on a regular basis, spraying the leaves as well as pouring around the base of the plant. This is a tip I got from another successful rose grower in my city. They start out free of black spot early in the season, but in spite of regular spraying, it creeps back!! And I have noticed after I spray, there is little to no trace of the chemical on the leaves. How can I fix this? Thank you!!

You may have to type mixed with Immunox, which will reduce the ability for it to stick. In the future it will be necessary to make sure that it does not contain the chemical, otherwise the Mancozeb should stick just fine. The antifungal program will need to be a little more thorough, however. Likely, you will need several fungicides at different times of the year.
