How To Extract White Button Mushroom Mycelium

Question

I am trying to cultivate white button mushroom at home, I followed many videos on YouTube about mushroom cultivation and practice them all, unfortunately I didn’t get result yet. Yet I have prepared ptridishe, which is made of Agar-Agar powder and natural yeast, I mixed properly and sanitized them for 45 minute at 15 psi. Please tell me how to cultivate white button mushroom in petridishes which I have made Regards
