How to Divide Begonia Corms

Guidance on dividing large begonia corms, please.

Cut or pull apart the tubers and make sure each part has an eye or stem section attached.
Cut the stem section off of the tuber with a clean knife as close as possible to the tuber.
Coat the tubers with plant fungicide and allow to dry in a bright sunny location for a few days.
