How To Care For The New Hibiscus I Bought

Question

I bought a new hibiscus which I’ve never seen before it says it’s an Asian hibiscus so can this be planted outdoors in Texas and my question is also do I prune this back once the blooms stop blooming on it it’s a really big beautiful plant that is in a 3 gallon bucket so I would probably plant it in a 5 gallon bucket after it stops blooming but should I bring it inside during the winter
