Q.How To Care For Ruby Red From Peru, Fittonia Argyroneura

She likes low light. I 1st bought her 3.8 assorted plants + it looked like something ate some of her leaves. She is thriving now, yet there are hard ( when squished there is a watery substance that emits. What is this? I guess gnat or leaf eating bug type “eggs”. I have not repotted her yet or any of the in pot plants I bought. Please help! Thanks!
