How Do You Tell the Sex of a Papaya Tree?

Our tree is 4 to 4 1/2 feet tall. It blooms with flowers that turn into more leaves. No fruit yet.

Only the female or bisexual tree will produce fruit. There is no way to tell until the plant produces.
