How do you get rid of sticker/thorn plants from growing in grapevines?

How can I keep thorns from growing in among the grape vines. I prune & cut back the vines and then cut/pull the thorns out, but they just keep coming back.

Unfortunately, weed killers that will kill off the thorn vines will likely kill the grapes too. You will have to cut them before they send out flowers or seeds, and also dig up the roots completely every time you see the first hint of a plant coming up. Try mulching well to prevent new ones from growing.
