Q.How Do I Transplant My African Violets?
My African Violets are they are the happiest they’ve been in years and have been in constant bloom for quite some time! That being said, I do not want to damage them. However, they are growing over the sides of their pots. What do I need to do to the main stem to transplant it into a larger pot? Would I replant the entire stem under the potting soil, or would I cut the stem shorter to replant? And what type of potting soil do you recommend?

They look like they are reaching for the light. You can turn them a quarter turn each week to give them more balanced light. You can use a potting soil that is formulated for African violets, available at garden centers. The article below tells how to mix your own soil, if you prefer, when transplanting.
